Admission Policy

  • The organizing company will sent via mail hardcopy barcode invitations to industry professionals to visit the exhibition, which they will have to show at the entrance of the exhibition center. This invitation is valid for 2 people.
  • The organizing company will send SMS/ Viber or newsletter a free admission code to industry professionals to visit the exhibition, which they will have to show at the entrance to the exhibition center. This invitation is valid for 2 people and is personal.
  • Exhibitors will sent also barcode online invitations to industry professionals to visit the exhibition, which they will have to display at the entrance to the exhibition center. This invitation is valid for 2 people.
  • Those professionals who do not have any of the above documents, can visit the exhibition for free by filling in an invitation on the spot after showing their business card or their business seal.
  • The organizing company reserves the right to verify the data to persons who carry a barcode or electronic invitation.
  • Control of the invitations will be carried out when the visitors board the exhibition buses and also when they enter the exhibition center. The visitors that will come to the exhibition center with their own mean of transportation they will also get checked their invitation at the entrance of the exhibition center.
  • Babies, children under the age of 12 and pets are strictly forbidden to enter the exhibition.
  • Upon entering and staying at the Exhibition, the visitor must follow and apply the valid at the time health protocols and instructions of the Organizer.
